Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Every booking reserves time in our diary just for you. Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.
1. Notice period
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment free of charge.
- For larger jobs or longer diagnostic visits, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
2. Materials already ordered
- If you cancel after we have ordered or bought materials for your job, you will be charged the full cost of those materials.
3. Late cancellations and no-shows
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged our minimum fee of £99 plus VAT.
- The same fee applies if our engineer arrives and is turned away or cannot get into the property.
