- My shower runs hot then cold, what is wrong?
- Usually a failing thermostatic cartridge or a system that cannot keep up when another tap is used. We test the flow and temperature stability before deciding which it is.
- Can I fit a rainfall shower on my system?
- Only if the flow rate supports it. On gravity-fed systems a pump is often needed. We measure first so you do not end up with a beautiful head and a dribble.
- Do you need an electrician for an electric shower?
- If the cable or the circuit needs upgrading, yes, and we bring in a qualified electrician. A like-for-like replacement on a suitable existing supply does not.
- How long does a shower replacement take?
- Two to three hours for a straight swap. Allow half a day if pipework or tiling needs altering.
