We fit pedestal, semi-pedestal, wall-hung and vanity unit basins, replace old taps at the same time and make sure the trap has enough fall to drain properly rather than gurgling and holding water.

- Can you fit a vanity unit where there is a pedestal now?
- Yes. The waste and feeds usually need moving slightly, which we allow for in the quote.
- My basin drains slowly, what is it?
- Usually a blocked or badly angled trap, or a build-up in the waste run. We clear it and check the fall so it does not come straight back.
- Do you supply taps?
- We can, or we will fit yours. If you are buying, check the tap suits your water pressure, and send us the model if you want us to confirm.
- Will you make good around the old basin?
- We remove cleanly and seal the new fittings, but we do not tile or plaster. If the wall needs making good, we will flag it up front.
